The Congres of Metrologists aims to sharing information, scientific and professional knowledge, as well as, quality improvement in all metrology fields.

During the congress, depending on interests of participants, workshops and round tables will be held. Themes and contents will we published later on.

The congress will work according to IMEKO sections classification.

The program of the Congress of Metrologists 2026 will be announced after the papers have been received.

• for other participants: 12.000,00 din
• for foreign participants: for non-SEPA states 150 Euros, for SEPA states 500,00 Euros
• for students: 4.000,00 din
• for exhibitors: for domestic 50.000,00 din, for foreign countries 1000,00 Euros

The conference fee contains: participation to all sessions and workshops, congress materials, proceedings, gala dinner, promotion materials, coffeebreak beverage, and an excursion.

Payment should be made to the account of the Society of Metrologists (Mike Alasa 14, 11000 Belgrade) number 160-123240-23 with the purpose of payment - For the Congress of Metrologists 2026.

• January, 05 2026.: deadline for abstracts submission
• January, 31 2026.: information about abstracts acceptance
• March, 31 2026.: deadline for full papers submission
• April, 15 2026.: information about paper acceptance

Other information

• Language for paper submissions: English or Serbian
• Submission should contain: paper title, author(s) name(s), abstract (up to half page), keywords, and contact e-mail.
• An author can submit maximum two paper, with only one as the first author.
• Abstracts should be sent at:kongresmetrologa@dmdm.rs.
• MSc and PhD students can present their papers within the poster session, which will be organized during the congress.
